Liner notes eng
A unique trio consisting of a very original set of instruments and musicians with a very wide experience in improvised and conceptual music. Modified contemporary recorders, modular electronics and extremely creative drum kit, and above all sensitivity and focus. Between the open improvisation and the theatre of sound, this intriguing landscape is revealed, touching the listener with all its possibilities. And with a very original contexts. It can be soft it can be harsh. It will definitely be vigilant.
Improvisation is more than just recreation of existing styles. This is primarily the communication between musicians open to everything that meets them. This meeting of people is a conversation with instruments.
In this case, however, we also wanted to find a unique, separate language. Limiting one selves enough to create some exceptional quality of music.
A limit that gives freedom.
opis wydawcy:
To muzyka ostatniego kosmonauty w odległej bazie krążącej wokół Jowisza. Albo Saturna.
Dominik Strycharski is a completely versatile artist fascinated by virtually every manifestation of music. His huge output includes albums, concerts and one-off events with jazz music, improvised, experimental, noise, club and post-theater, and theater. He deals with both music and sound in itself. He plays and composes contemporary jazz, in many electric and acoustic scenes, contemporary music, electronic, theatrical, post-hiphop, noise as well as various varieties of improvised music. He is possibly one of the few simple flutists dealing with jazz and experimental improvised music. He is also one of the first Polish experimental vocalists who have included extensive electronics in their music language.
Łukasz Kacperczyk deals with electroacoustic experimental music based primarily on the sounds generated by the modular synthesizer and similar devices. However, he does not shy away from instruments made by himself and working with samplers. He is interested in the uniqueness and transience of the effects of working with such a set and its huge sound potential. He values space and abstinence in building sounds.
Paweł Szpura is a drummer who successfully compiles various musical styles in his game. There are inspirations here from black and Arab Africa, Turkish traditions, there is no lack of references to American rock drummers from the 60s and 70s. Szpura's game is light and rhythmical at the same time, which brings him closer to the traditions of Ed Blackwell and Hamid Drake with which he played during the Krakow Jazz Autumn in 2013.
